What is the key or button to use an item? Does anyone know?

Great start, love lewd games with task/puzzles while having a threat chasing you. The level dose a great job at feeling like a maze. And provides a good amount of land marks to know where you have been and where you haven't. Has a good shop to buy item and such that dose help make the game more easy to play.

Haven't found any bugs in the hour I played. So to a new player you guy did a grate job.

 I think a good quality of life to add to the game. Is to give a very small amount of visibility in the dark. When you don't have a flash light on or it ran out of battery in dark area. you will literal walk into a wall and not know if you are or not (its happens more in the hard mode of course).

another making Kar know if you are right behind her (I'll say 3ft or 2ft if that make any since). and finally more clear on what the items dose. for example buying the horny spray. it only tells you it stuns Kar and raise her horny level. but it doesn't tell you if you spray it on her. you can do lewd stuff with her if you click her.

I have one change I would recommend. I think easy should be medium and hard be medium and make a new harder difficulty. The reason being that on easy you can get the latter at spawn and the exit can spawn just as close and the level is over. Leaving no challenge for the player ( or maybe I'm just lucky). 

Now what would be a cool add on in my opinion would to give Kar a ability to spawn a smile face (like hers) to give away your location (maybe put this in medium and hard or just hard would work). She will put it down at the last place she saw you.

Another add on that could be fun is crawling spaces that only the player can go under. or have the player be able to go under the blockades.( if added to not make it overpowered to craw under barricades have player move very slow. so it will cause narrow escapes.)

this is my last idea, if you spray Kar once her horny level builds up. and if she grabs the player she takes lead and dose something lewd to you. instead of the normal bad ending. and the higher the horny level the more lewd thing she will do to the player.

giving two different type of lewd encounters. one where you take lead and the other she take lead. that's all the ideas I think would be a nice add on. but of course do what ever you guy feel is fun and work for you. keep up the good work Ill be waiting for the next up date.

use cheat engine and change the money value for a surprise.... your welcome X3 

Did a few playthroughs, the game is looking great, tons of potential. Here is some things I'd personally fix/add.

Change the monster's FOV to include a little bit behind her. I found that you can actually just follow her and you won't get caught.

Assuming this is planned, but random map and monster spawn point generation.

Maybe a small tutorial level? It was a little weird getting in, as I didn't know what anything was. 

You could add a *slight* static filter to the UI to make the game look a little more "vintage" and spooky, with options to disable for those not really looking for an actual game.

Specific game modes (collect x# of items, hide n' seek, whatever) for potential item rewards instead of money, or lowered money yields.

I didn't expect to like this game as much as I did but this was so much fun. It's fairly repetitive but I think this has a lot of potential, will be keeping an eye on this game.

You should make bigger maps for higher difficulties and bigger cash rewards so its high risk high reward and one time i played on easy the ladder spawned exactly below the exit 💀

Can't tell if im stupid or what but I can't find the ladder at all. Im starting with easy mode and have quickly found the escape hatch thing easily but I can't find the ladder, i swear i looked through the entire place and cant find it

In my opinion the "wowowow" sound when the monster is alerted should be creepier, I like it when a porn horror game is still genuinely terrifying and that sound just kills the scary vibe for me.

this game is genuinely good and i can't wait to see what the Dev has in min for the future :3

love the game, i personally think tho that kar is abit too fast, outrunning the player, to the point where if you run out of stamina you're just done for, also, is there any plan to make the game less grindy? im going to be honest when i say this but, i have severe skill issue in games like these and i dont think im the only one, so is there any plans for that?
also, did some digging while trying to find secrets and i love the anti cheat screen you put lmao,

edit: will their be a fourth scene added to the sex scenes for the smiler, cause theres four levels of horny but only 3 scenes at the moment

I can't even find one hatch. Survived for over 20 minutes but only managed to find the locker.

Friend didnt know what to look for after basically mastering survival. We survived for a long time and just couldnt find the last hatch.
